To apply for a replacement title in Richmond County the vehicle must be titled in Georgia. If the vehicle is currently titled outside of Georgia, the request must be submitted to the state the vehicle was titled.
 
The following documents are required:
Title Application (Form MV-1)
Lien/ Security Interest Release if applicable
Valid Driver's License  or ID (of current registered owner)

Fees

A fee of $8 is required for a Georgia replacement title
